How we handle information sent through the home visit form.
What you send us
The form asks for your name, phone number and postcode. You can also provide an email address, product choices, a preferred contact time and information about your kitchen.
What we use it for
Nudoors uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your kitchen and arrange a home visit. Sending the form does not sign you up to a marketing list.
Where it goes
Your request is stored in the website’s private appointment inbox, available to Ian through a protected admin account. Our website hosting provider processes the information to run this service.
Keeping the form secure
We keep a hashed network identifier alongside submissions to limit repeated automated requests. The form does not store your raw IP address.
Keeping details up to date
If you want to correct or remove your enquiry, use the same form to tell Ian, quoting your request reference where possible. Please include enough contact information to identify the request.
